Every product we feature and supplier we vet is chosen with deliberate care before your order ever ships. We use the word "Considered" because nothing we do happens by accident. It is the core philosophy that shapes our entire process.

How we choose

We work with brands people already know and trust. Within each collection, we lead with the flagship pieces, the iconic products people instantly picture when they hear the name. Our true selection happens at the supplier level, where we vet the makers behind the brands. We choose suppliers we trust, and we rely on their expertise to deliver consistent quality across their entire line.

This deep familiarity allows us to match the right product to your exact needs. We know that purpose dictates the product, and a high-end client gift and a trade show giveaway may deserve different levels of consideration.

Expertise and the partner network

That same trust extends to the specialists who customize and finish your products. Embroidery projects go to digitizing experts who translate your logo into a clean stitch file. Every piece of artwork is checked and prepped by dedicated production designers to ensure color and placement are flawless before production begins.

We route your order through a network of partners chosen strictly by their technical specialty. A fine merino wool sweater and a leather portfolio require entirely unique decoration processes, so each goes to a distinct expert in that medium. If your project demands multi-address distribution or an absolute event deadline, our dedicated logistics partners handle the execution. Every single relationship in our network is chosen to protect the quality of your brand.

The order process

Before anything is cut, printed, stitched, or engraved, you see exactly how it will look. Every presentation includes a digital mockup, occasionally built with AI assistance, so you are deciding from a visual that already looks finished.

Most of our recommendations have already crossed our desk as a physical sample, ensuring we know how a product feels before you do. We will gladly ship a sample directly to you whenever it impacts your decision. For larger production runs, we go a step further by securing a physical sample of the actual decorated piece and sending you high-resolution photos before the machinery starts. You see the true output before your order runs.

Two things never change, whether your order is twenty-five pieces or twenty-five hundred. You approve a final digital proof before anything goes into production, and we execute a strict quality check before it ships. Production typically takes 1 to 2 weeks following your proof approval, with rush services available upon request.

When something goes wrong

Manufacturing variables exist. A dye lot might run off-shade, or a logo placement might vary slightly from the digital proof. If an error occurs, your dedicated point of contact takes immediate ownership. We work directly with our supplier or decorator until the issue is entirely resolved and the quality meets our standard.

PPAI and SAGE

We are a member of PPAI, the Promotional Products Association International, and we hold SAGE distributor certification. These are the two primary organizations that vet suppliers and distributors in this industry. Our credentials include PPAI Member #906696 and SAGE Distributor #274828.

Carbon removal

The Marcus Collective is a Stripe Climate member, funding frontier carbon removal projects that are selected and vetted through a rigorous, science-led process. Along with other businesses, this partnership allows us to pool resources to help scale early-stage climate technologies that remove carbon directly from the atmosphere.

Working with one person

A real person manages your project from your initial inquiry to final delivery, serving as the single point of contact who reviews proofs and ensures quality control before any shipment leaves. Our catalog is curated, but if you need something beyond our standard offerings, we can easily source it through our partner network.
