This lightweight performance cap combines stain-blocking and water-repellent features with seamless technology that fuses panels for a smooth, streamlined look. Crafted from a blend of 92% polyester and 8% PU spandex (solids) or 100% polyester (melange), it includes a 100% polyester undervisor for added durability. The cap incorporates Stain-Block™ sweat-absorbing technology and Flexfit® Technology, ensuring comfort and an enhanced fit. ActiveGuard™ Technology effectively diffuses sweat through the undervisor, while the Permacurv® bill maintains its proper shape and curve. Hybrid Tech™ and EcoDry™ moisture-wicking and water-repellent technologies keep you dry and comfortable. Designed with a structured mid-profile, it features one row of stitching on the bill, laser-cut eyelets, stitch-free seamless panels, a stretch sweatband, and a stretch fit for optimal wear. Can you really decorate retail brands like Nike or YETI?
Yes, through each brand’s authorized program. Some retail brands review the company and the artwork before production, and a few limit decoration to specific techniques and placements. We handle those approvals and build around what each brand allows.
What’s the minimum order?
Most pieces start around 24–50 units; we’ll confirm the exact minimum for your item and quantity with your quote.
Can I get a sample first?
Usually, yes. Samples ride along with a project: once we know what you’re considering, we’ll get the piece in your hands so you can see and feel it before production.
How long does production and shipping take?
